By registering for this restorative wellness session, I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for listening to my body and modifying or resting as needed.
I understand that this session is intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate and will consult a healthcare provider if I have any concerns.
I understand that, as with any movement or wellness activity, there are inherent risks involved, including the possibility of injury, and I choose to participate with full awareness and responsibility.
I agree to assume full responsibility for my participation and release and hold harmless the instructor and venue from any liability related to my involvement in this session.
