Leola Broussard is a hybrid yoga instructor, wellness practitioner, and author with a decade-long journey rooted in personal healing, emotional clarity, and mind–body restoration. Her approach weaves together restorative yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, holistic wellness, and her SSA Nutrition Certification to create fully integrated wellness experiences.
For Leola, yoga is not just a session—it is a sanctuary.
Her work centers on reading the energy in the room, feeling what her clients need, and setting a grounded, serene atmosphere the moment a student walks in. Her ability to sense emotional patterns, subtle energy shifts, and the unspoken needs of a room has become one of her defining strengths. Although the use of essential oils is optional, Leola often integrates them into her sessions to enhance calm, deepen reconnection, and create a sensorial experience that supports stress relief and emotional renewal. Students consistently leave feeling restored, centered, and rebalanced.

Leola’s personal path began in 2014 during a season of deep life transition. Through her own healing process, she discovered the transformative connection between movement, breath, mindset, and emotional grounding. What started as personal practice soon evolved into a calling: helping others find the same peace, clarity, and balance her own journey revealed.
Her early training and guidance roles at YogaSource Los Gatos and YogaSource Palo Alto shaped her teaching foundation and opened doors to additional collaborations with studios, corporate wellness environments, boutique spaces, luxury venues, and private clients—including the prestigious Four Seasons Palo Alto.
